I was looking for a specific tire size on onlinetires.com, and at first it seemed like they had a few decent options. The frustrating part was that a couple of tires looked available until I actually tried to place the order, and then they weren’t. It just feels like the right thing to do is give customers accurate stock info before they get that far.
I did end up finding a backup set, so the experience wasn’t a total loss. Still, I’d feel better ordering again if the inventory was kept more current, because being upfront with availability saves everyone time and feels a lot more fair.

I tried using the website for a few minutes and just gave up. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and even little things started bugging me, like how the menus didn’t feel obvious and the spacing made it hard to tell what was clickable. Maybe the info is there somewhere, but I didn’t have the patience to keep digging around.

These tires have been great so far. They feel solid on the road, and the whole driving experience has been really smooth. they seem like better quality than I was expecting.

I found the tires cheaper here than on a few other sites, so that made it worth it for me. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of unnecessary, but for the price I can’t complain too much. I’d order again as long as the prices stay low.
